Session Fee
Individual therapy sessions are $160 per 45–50 minute session.

Insurance
Sonder & Soulstice Mental Health Counseling is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services. Upon request, a detailed receipt (superbill) can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to understand your specific out-of-network benefits.
